The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ (PAL-E) training is a 2-day workshop for managers and leaders seeking to establish Agile practices in their organization. In this Agile Leadership training, you will learn the basics of the Scrum Framework, how to manage products with agility, and how agile organizations evolve and grow. We equip leaders to form and support Agile teams and be at the forefront of cultural and behavioral shifts necessary for successful agile transformation.

Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I) Certification

Professional Agile Leaders have shown that they understand the value that increased agility can provide their organizations. This certification demonstrates that the leader knows the importance of supporting agile teams, managing products with agility, and how an agile organization evolves. Every attendee of the PAL-E course receives a free attempt at the PAL I certification from Scrum.org. With a passing score of 85% or above, attendees will become Scrum.org PAL I certified.

Certification Retake Policy

Attendees that take the certification exam within two weeks of attending the Professional Scrum training course and do not pass will receive one free additional attempt at passing the certification exam. Learn more about the exam retake policy.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE
(PMI) PDU CREDIT

Attendees of our Professional Agile Leadership workshop are able to claim 14 PDUs with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
