Business Analysis Training & Workshop is a two-day, facilitated workshop for technical staff who are asked to define requirements without formal BA training. Participants work through a complete analysis cycle: framing the business problem, documenting current state, defining future state, performing gap analysis, structuring decisions, and writing testable requirements. The curriculum is exercise-driven, using case studies, stakeholder interview simulations, and group critique rather than lecture. Teams leave with a repeatable method and a set of tools they can apply to in-flight work immediately.
