Jason is driven to help people work better. He combines a background in technology with a relational approach to help individuals, teams, and organizations be more adaptive. He uses everyday examples to simplify complex concepts and propose practical next steps.
Taking a special interest in empowering individuals within healthy organizations, Jason helps connect theory to real-world action. Often saying (but never stopping at) “it depends”, Jason knows that one size fits all solutions rarely deliver success in complex environments. He likes to remind clients that “the ability to change your plan is more important than the plan itself.”

With his optimistic attitude, Robb has taught and coached thousands of people on agile frameworks and practices.
