A few years ago, I became a Product Owner. But not in the traditional ways most do. I had a need for a software solution to a data management and reporting problem. I wanted to analyze data about my training business and spreadsheets were becoming difficult to use and manage. Since I have a background in software development on a non-eventful Christmas day, I opened Visual Studio and started coding.
In this talk we’ll cover the spectrum of product owners from backlog secretary to Product Owner visionary. I’ll share my experience training Product Owners and what I have learned by actually being one.
