What does it take to get started with the Definition of Done? This is a common question coming from new and even experienced Scrum teams. For something to be usable, we must define the quality standard our stakeholders need for a solution to be considered “usable”. If it’s not done, it’s not usable. It all starts with a conversation with your stakeholders. First, ask some great questions about their quality expectations. Second, document their needs. Finally, update this standard over time as more is learned to improve quality.
