Professional Scrum Foundations
The Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) course is a 2-day course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. The course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises where students experience how the Scrum Framework improves product development efforts.
Over the 2 days, students are introduced to the mechanics of Scrum, gaining insights into overcoming complexity, dealing with teambased collaboration and self-organization as essential elements in mastering Scrum.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Foundations course will receive a password to attempt the PSM I assessment. The industry-recognized PSM certification requires a minimum passing score on this rigorous assessment.
Professional Scrum Master
The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is a 2-day course where students learn how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity and the total cost of ownership of software products. Tools are provided to enable students to relate to
behavioral shifts, work with people and teams, coach and
facilitate techniques, and address the organization.
PSM is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. The course includes advanced thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the PSM I assessement, and are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment. The industry-recognized PSM Certifications require a minimum passing score on these rigorous assessments.
Professional Scrum Product Owner
The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course is a 2-day course on how to maximize the value of software products and systems. Product Owners need to have a concrete understanding of everything that drives value from their products where students learn through instruction and team-based exercises.
The PSPO course is designed for Product Owners, Agile product managers and anyone responsible for a software product's success in turbulent markets. The breadth of the role's responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an Agile perspective.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner course receive a password to take the PSPO I assessment and are entitled to a discoun on the PSPO II assessment. The industry-recognized PSPO certifications require a minimum passing score on these rigorous assessments.
Professional Scrum Developer
The Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) course is a 3-day course that teaches all members of the Development Team how to create high quality software using the Scrum framework. Working in a series of Sprints, teams of students collaborate, apply modern engineering practices, and use the Scrum framework to cope with changes.
Students concurrently do requirements engineering, design, development testing, integration, and deployment within a single iteration. The course teaches how Agile engineering practices and supportive ALM tools improve a team's capabilities even more.
The course is available in .NET which was developed in partnership with Microsoft® and is the official training solution for Microsoft Visual Studio.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Developer course will receive a password to attempt the PSD I assessment. The industry-recognized PSD certification requires a minimum passing score on this rigorous assessment.
Scaled Professional Scrum
The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) is a 2-day workshop providing students with an understanding of how to launch, structure, staff, and manage a large Agile project using Scrum.
In the workshop students will simulate a large software development project using the Nexus™ framework. The workshop is delivered using end-to-end case study where students work together to organize and simulate a scaled software development project. Throughout the workshop, students will be introduced to more than 50 practices that can be used to help reduce complexity and dependencies at scale.
All participants completing the Scaled Professional Scrum course will receive a password to attempt the SPS assessment. The industry-recognized SPS certification requires a minimum passing score and involves understanding of the Nexus framework, knowledge from the course and of Scrum.
